It spawns in a specific parking lot near Vinewood Hills GTA 5 Accounts, but only between 8 AM and 12 AM in-game time. To increase the chances of its appearance, players must clear the parking lot of other cars and follow a precise route after calling a Dubsta via the Diamond Casino’s car service. 

2. Obey Tailgater
The Obey Tailgater is a luxury sedan that can be found in the parking lots of Los Santos Golf Club and Vespucci Beach tennis courts. Its spawn rate increases when it appears on Simeon Yetarian’s export list, making it easier to find during those times. This car is prized for its speed and handling, and players can also purchase it online in GTA Online.

3. Bravado FIB Buffalo
This law enforcement vehicle appears during specific missions, such as the LSIA Hostile Takeover VIP Work and Contact Missions like "Time To Get Away." It is typically guarded by armed FIB agents, making it a challenge to steal but rewarding due to its speed and durability. The FIB Buffalo can spawn near the Los Santos National Airport hangar during these missions.

4. Karin Sultan and Sultan RS
The Karin Sultan can be found near the prison or Maze Bank Arena parking lots. While the modified Sultan RS version does not spawn naturally, players can upgrade a regular Sultan at LS Customs or Benny’s Original Motor Works for a high price. 

5. Cheval Surge
This compact sedan spawns outside the Video Alcove store but only between 6:00 and 9:30 AM in-game time. It is a rare find but can also be purchased online, making it accessible for players who prefer not to wait for its spawn.

6. Additional Tips
Many secret vehicles require specific times or conditions to spawn, such as time of day or mission triggers. Some, like the Modded Dubsta 2, need players to manipulate traffic or follow exact steps to appear. Others, like the FIB Buffalo, are tied to missions and must be seized during gameplay cheap GTA 5 Accounts.
